We are a growing interior design and project management studio based in Freetown, and we are looking for a reliable, proactive Site & Procurement Assistant to join our team.

What you'll do:

You will be our eyes and ears on site — attending site visits, writing clear and accurate site reports, following up with contractors, and visiting suppliers in person to manage procurement across multiple active projects. You will work closely with the principal and keep things moving on the ground so nothing falls through the cracks.



You're the right fit if you:

— Are based in Freetown and able to travel independently across project sites

— Are reliable, detail-oriented, and take initiative without being chased

— Have experience in construction, interior design, or project support

— Communicate clearly, both in writing and in person

— Are comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
